Dana has been with CCPR since July 2020 when she became the our first Practice Manager. She’s worked in the medical field since 1999 and worked her way up from file clerk to office manager, and she has been a certified medical coder since 2012.
She was previously office manager for two local rural health clinics, as well as the benefits coordinator for a local dentist, and she now loves being a very important part of the team here at CCPR. She oversees the daily affairs of the clinic, including working with our accountant, supervising all non-clinical staff, maintaining the clinicians’ schedules, assists with ongoing staff professional development, and makes sure all regulatory guidelines are followed, specifically for HIPPA and Medicare/Medicaid.
Outside the office, Dana is even busier as a mother to three daughters (aged 28, 26, and 18!), a wife, and a dog mom to Willow, Mazie, and Coco!
