I'm a proud 3-time graduate of Louisiana Tech University. As a child, I watched my grandmother struggle daily with mental illness so I naturally grew to have a heart for helping other people.
I have spent the last decade of my life in the helping community and I believe that it is my life’s purpose to help people actualize the life they wish to have.
I explain my position as a therapist by saying this to my clients, “It’s not my job to fix you because you are not broken. It’s my job to help you see things in a different way that will help you to function better”.
I welcome you as clients to embark on this journey of healing. It’s not always easy but the results with be so rewarding.
